Hey there.

I haven't been paying much attention to my deviantART account; but, I'm going to try to change that! Within the next week or so I'm going to be removing a lot (if not all) of my deviations to make room for a bunch of my new pieces. I hope to have the deviantART updated by time my personal portfolio is online.

I've been slacking quite a bit in web/graphic design a lot lately. But after some personal exploration, I've decided that it's what I want to do as far as jobs go. I don't plan on going back to school for at least a year or two, so I'm going to spend a lot of my free time improving myself in this field. With that said, the person who catches my 5,000th page view will earn themselves a website.. I will build you a personal portfolio from scratch. Just send me a screenshot of the counter along with any style/colours/preferences you might have.

In other news, the girlie and I have been planning to move to London for quite some time now.. and it looks as if it's happening in January! Don't know where we're going exactly, as we plan to stay with some of her friends there until we find a place we like and can afford, but I've never been more excited about anything in my life.

I was curious as to how you typography fanatics discover words for your pieces..

I'm working on a design now that consists of filling ">!<" in an 80-ish style bold font with a theme of relationships/love. My problem is that I've used 58 words so far and am only halfway finished with the left wing. I don't want to re-use words and would like to stay away from direct synonyms of the words I have used. I should have enough in my bank to finish the left wing and maybe start the exclamation, but after that I'm screwed! haha.

I don't really know what people look for in a typography piece.

Suggestions?
Should I just reuse words? Is it okay to use synonyms?
